
De-personalization service
The purpose of de-personalizing a property is to ‘broaden the appeal to a wider number of potential buyers’ or ‘Amp up the Marketability’.
The process of engagement
At first contact a time to complete a property walk-through will be arranged. This may involve taking a video / still shots and possible measurements. Careful explanation is given around why we would recommend certain items to be packed away early and staging items to be considered (staging items for unoccupied properties only).
Following the property visit an electronic invoice and report will be emailed to you. Full payment of the invoice is required prior to the de-personalization day or following the initial visit.
Depersonalization pricing schedule
Depersonalization visit & follow-up – $150.00 per hr
Packing service – $80 per hr packing boxes/wrap additional
Furniture uplifting and storage – Charge out fees vary regionally out-sourced to local businesses, arranged and coordinated by Boon
Staging (if required) – Charged out dependant on furniture requirements as per staging pricing schedule (see menu)
